Grant Writing

RJS provides professional proposal development services for education programs, housing developments, health systems, public infrastructures, sustainable energy, technology, language, culture, business, and other social and economic community-based programs for our clients. From public schools to tribal colleges and community clinics to justice systems, RJS works to visibly enrich and enhance native communities throughout the country, with a focus in the Northwest.

Over the past 30 years, we have successfully written a wide range of grants for our clients including, but not limited to the following: Environmental Protection Agency, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Indian Highway Safety, Head Start/Early Head Start, Indian Education Professional Development, United States Department of Agriculture, Administration for Native Americans, 21st Century Community Learning Centers, Title III Strengthening Institutions, Indian Community Development Block Grant, Housing and Urban Development Tribal Colleges and Universities, and Carol M.
