James Swan serves as the RJS CEO and Vice President of the Board. His keen analysis, insights, and team approach drive organizational improvements and implementation of sound practices.
Jon Swan serves as the RJS Treasurer of the Board. He is highly skilled in developing operational strategies and directing complex service related projects from original concept to implementation. Mr. Swan works for The Boston Consulting Group.
Ann (Swan) Gillham serves as the Secretary of the Board. Her superior interpersonal skills provide her with the ability to solve multiple and complex issues while motivating staff to peak performance. Mrs. Gillham works for Charter Communications.
Diane Swan serves as the Associate Member of the Board. She has extensive administrative and operational experience with an excellent understanding of the political culture.
Gerold Parker serves as an Associate Member of the Board. He has an excellent understanding of the traditional culture.
